A soap free cleansing bar formulated for cleansing and preventing mild to moderate acne affected skin. This gentle bar is pH balanced and will eliminate itching, reduce flare ups of acne and fight the formation of bacteria. Your inflamed skin will be calmed without causing irritation.

There may be times when you need to return an item purchased online. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Change of Mind / Exchange of Items

If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.

Faulty Items

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

How to Return Products

Please always include your order number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.

Please include as many details as possible about the fault, as well as your order number and personal details. if eligible we will provide you with a repair or replacement as soon as possible.


How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days. Delivery times are subject to change due to COVID.

I have tried many products for my body and face acne and some have worked ok, some have not, and then there was this dermavive soap that worked amazing, I waited a few weeks before I write a review, the difference is amazing and this has increase my confidence to wear other clothes that I didn’t like wearing before due to my condition. I no longer have to cake up my face with concealer and makeup to cover the horrible breakouts I used to get. This is a life changer! Thankyou guys.


I suffer from KP which is a skin condition called Keratosis Pilaris, I’m glad this has Salicylic Acid and vitamin E which improves my skin condition greatly, I plan to order more, it really clears my arms up, no irritations and it smells nice too.


I hardly leave a review, but I really love this soap for my KP- and acne! I got sensitive acne prone skin, I wash for about a minute then rinse, leaves my face feeling clean and bright. My KP acne has drastically reduced, the price is worth it, and I will keep buying and recommending this product.


Like others I’ve also dealt with keratosis pilaris for 30 years. It does work beautifully on my skin, it smells good, and it has the main ingredient Salicylic Acid. I use it as my daily ‘all over’ soap although I suffer from bad KP on mostly my chest and arms and shoulders. This vs other products I’ve tried before Is night and day. Highly recommended.
