Dermqure G+ is an oil-free cleanser formulated with glycolic acid. This helps to remove surface impurities and reveal healthy looking skin and a revitalised complexion. Dermqure G+ nourishes and leaves the skin feeling clean and radiant. For best performance, use on normal to oily skin types.

Directions

  1. Apply a sufficient amount onto wet skin and then gently massage covering entire face
  2. Rinse and ensure cleanser has been cleared

There may be times when you need to return an item purchased online. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Change of Mind / Exchange of Items

If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.

Faulty Items

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

How to Return Products

If you need to return products, please contact Customer Service to find out how to send damaged products back to us.

Please always include your order number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.

In any of these cases , please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us Page. It is important that you contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the fault, as well as your order number and personal details. if eligible we will provide you with a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days. Delivery times are subject to change due to COVID.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Products are shipped by Express Post, Fastway or Star Track

Can I find out the status of my order?

This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.

What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?

Are there additional Taxes or Duties on goods when they're shipped to countries outside Australia?

This dermaqure glycolic acid cleanser face wash has transformed my skin, it was recommended to me by my dermatologist because I suffer from cystic acne, when I first started using it I felt like my skin had a detox, I use it daily now. When you start it might feel a little itchy but don’t worry about it that’s just how you know it’s actually working. It has helped greatly with monthly breakouts and I highly recommend it. J

I don’t think I can live without this cleanser, it’s the only cleanser that keeps my skin clear, I always wash my face with a gentle cleanser than after drying I apply this glycolic acid cleanser on top, after a few minutes I remove it with a warm cotton. It’s important that you apply it to a clean dry face to see good results. These days I use it once a day and I don’t think I’m ever switching to anything else, not unless they change the formula lol.

This I a great product and I highly recommend it, I used to suffer from hormonal acne and I can safely say my skin has been beaten to death. This cleanser’s main ingredient is glycolic acid and it has the right touch that seem to work perfectly for my skin. There is no dry outs or flare-ups when I use it. I’m on my fifth bottle now :)

What I mostly love about this product is the glycolic acid which seems to work like magic on my face and body. I finally found something that helps reduce my fine lines and wrinkles. It has been a game changer for me. It does sting a little when you first start using it but it goes away after a few days so don’t be alarmed stick to it and your skin will get used to it, you will see amazing results 😍
