A soap free cream to soothe, heal and protect the delicate skin of the infant. This pH balanced cream will protect against irritants, prevent moisture build up and calm irritated and inflamed skin.

Ingredients

  • Natural Colloidal Oatmeal
  • Sodium PCA
  • Zinc Oxide
  • Almond Oil

Directions

  1. Apply a sufficient amount onto and around affected area, also apply in skin folds
  2. Wait for a period of time before again placing nappy on the baby
  3. Repeat at every nappy change

Change of Mind / Exchange of Items

If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.

Faulty Items

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $30. A flat rate of $10 will be charged on all orders below $30.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days. Delivery times are subject to change due to COVID.

The best advice I can give to any mother who has a baby with diaper rash, get this cream, my child had horrible rashes that did not heal, after trying a few brands form the chemist I was not seeing any results for my baby. I honestly think they should give this cream out in hospitals to new parents. Now diaper rashes don’t last more than 2 days on my baby. This product is MUST!

This stuff works! As soon as you see any diaper rash on the baby you need to address it quick otherwise it turns into a fungal infection if it lasts more than 3 days. so clear the skin and dab is dry, apply a thick coat of this. I don’t know what sorcery it is but it always works. Its by the second diaper change. Its like magic 😍

I have used this product for years for my children. The main ingredient is zinc oxide and this has a high concentration of it which is great. I also use it for my own perineal areas. Dermavive sticks to the wounds in those areas and provides a long lasting cover that works as a barrier for bacteria. Better than any product I’ve found.
