Is the ideal sunscreen cream to protect delicate and fair skin against the damaging effects of UVB radiation, UVA1, UVA2 radiation, visible light and infrared radiation. Sunstop SPF 30+ Sunscreen Cream is able to filter 99.9% of UVB raidation emitted by the sun. Sunstop SPF 30+ Sunscreen Cream also contains multiple physical, chemical and biological filters to absorb, reflect and diffuse radiation to prevent it from penetrating into the skin and fight free radical formation which will cause cellular damage.

Directions

  1. Apply a sufficient amount over face, ears, neck, arms, legs and any other part of the body exposed to sun light
  2. Apply ever four hours or after excessive perspiration or towel drying.

Change of Mind / Exchange of Items

If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.

Faulty Items

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

How to Return Products

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.

Please include as many details as possible about the fault, as well as your order number and personal details. if eligible we will provide you with a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time for orders within Australia is 2-5 working days. International order delivery times may vary.  Please contact us for more information.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Products are shipped by Express Post, Fastway or Star Track

Can I find out the status of my order?

This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.

What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?

My product of choice for sun protection SPF 30 rated, skin protection is a MUST for anyone living in Australia who spends times outdoors. It’s a piece of mind for a healthy skin cancer free life. Don’t forget to take care of your skin as sun damage will only be evident over time and UV rays have a cumulative effect. So STAY PROTETED!

I grew up and live near the beach and I walk there daily. I’ve always had a face full of freckles and as I get older my freckles aren’t looking so cute anymore. This sunstop sunscreen is SPF 50 provides a high level of protection for my skin. My skin can be very sensitive and breakout easily but this product has not given me any problems.

This is the only brand of sunscreen that I’ve been able to use that firstly does what it says and isn’t greasy, it also applies well. And secondly does not give my skin any side effects. I’ve had a lot of trouble finding one that serves me well and I have finally found it.

I use it daily during summer months and it works as advertised, it allows me to do activities that I enjoy during the summer months without the painful sun burn and dangers of the sun. Works great, my skin was badly sun burned last week on the weekend. Because like a dummy I forgot to wear sunscreen. This is quality stuff unlike some other cheaper brands that I bought from woolies. Good to keep a tub in the car if you forget to apply at home. Stay protected!
