There may be times when you need to return an item purchased online. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Change of Mind / Exchange of Items

If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.

Faulty Items

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

*Please note: We do not reimburse for the cost of International Express Shipping.

How to Return Products

If you need to return products, please contact Customer Service to find out how to send damaged products back to us.

Please always include your order number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.

In any of these cases , please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us Page. It is important that you contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the fault, as well as your order number and personal details. if eligible we will provide you with a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Shipping

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time for orders within Australia is 2-5 working days. International order delivery times may vary.  Please contact us for more information.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Products are shipped by Express Post, Fastway or Star Track

Can I find out the status of my order?

This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.

What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?

Take a photo and report it to customer service by sending a mail to Enquiries@uaspharma.com.

Are there additional Taxes or Duties on goods when they're shipped to countries outside Australia?

I’m gonna start out by saying everything about this roller is absolutely beautiful, the packaging is an experience. I didn’t even want to open it to not ruin the packaging, just as beautiful as the package itself is what’s inside, a beautifully made jade roller and matching gua sha tool, it feels very relaxing on the skin and stays cool, very high quality and would make a hell of a gift! LOVE IT ??

This neutriderm jade roller set has been a wonderful addition to my skincare routine, I started using it as soon as it was delivered, its only been a few days and I can already see the difference, I love the white pearl colour matched gua sha that comes with it too, I feel like my skin has improved in appearance ; ) Beautifully wrapped that so you can gift this to someone without much additional wrapping.

These jade rollers have been gaining a lot of hype, so I thought I give them a try and see what the fuss is all about, I found this brand on google, the package and the product looked amazing and the price was very good so I thought I’d buy from here, the delivery was fast and it looks even better in person! Very high quality, my face is clearer than ever, and my complexion has gotten noticeably brighter, if you try putting it in the refrigerator for a while before use, it feels amazon on the skin! I highly recommend this product for anyone who is trying to elevate their skincare routine.

First thing is this box set is beautifully packaged, sleek and clean looking presentation, the tool itself however what’s more important is what’s on the inside, it has some heft to it and definitely feels premium unlike some other crappy one I got from another store! After watching a few tutorials, I keep mine in the freezer and its definitely an instant un puffer if that is a word lol, it removes the puffy-ness. A solid buy and amazing value for money. ??

I’ve had so many rollers break on me, so I was looking for a quality roller. I’m glad I came across this brand, from the image I could tell its quality made, of course the image can show one thing and I might receive something much worse but I’m so glad that was not the case, this time I got something premium for a change! What more important is how this one feels compared to the other cheaper ones that I owned before, I think the quality of the jade is different, or maybe this is real jade and the other cheaper ones that I owned were low quality fakes. either way I’m super happy with this product and this purchase and I highly recommend spending a few extra dollars and getting something like this.
