How It Works
The Neutriderm water-based Foaming Cleanser harnesses the natural cleansing power of Coco Glucoside and Decyl Glucoside, gentle yet effective surfactants derived from coconut and plant sources. These surfactants possess hydrophilic (water-attracting) and lipophilic (oil-attracting) properties, enabling them to emulsify and break down oil-based impurities and makeup effectively. Upon application, they encapsulate and dissolve these particles, which you rinse away, leaving your skin clean and refreshed.
Beyond the cleansing action, our Foaming Cleanser is enriched with a blend of vitamins: Niacinamide, Panthenol, and Ascorbic Acid, known for their skin-enhancing benefits. Niacinamide and Vitamin C work synergistically to brighten the complexion and promote an even skin tone, while Panthenol ensures lasting hydration. This combination of vitamins fortifies the skin barrier, maintaining optimal moisture levels and contributing to a smoother, healthier skin surface after each cleanse.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.
What is the delivery time?
The approximate delivery time for orders within Australia is 2-5 working days. International order delivery times may vary. Please contact us for more information.
Which courier company will deliver my order?
Products are shipped by Express Post, Fastway or Star Track
Can I find out the status of my order?
This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.
What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?

Are there additional Taxes or Duties on goods when they're shipped to countries outside Australia?
In some cases taxes and duties may be chaged when they are imported into countries ourside of Australia above a specified threshold. Please cross check the specific details around taxes and duties on the respective government resources found on their website.

Returns and Refunds
There may be times when you need to return an item purchased online. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
Change of Mind / Exchange of Items
If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.
Faulty Items
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

How to Return Products

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.
