Niacinamide helps brighten the complexion, improve uneven skin tone, balance oil production and reduce the appearance of enlarged pores. It also works to support the skin’s delicate barrier, and helps protect the skin from dehydration and inflammation.
The easy-to-apply formula locks in moisture to restore a youthful complexion, while its antioxidant properties help protect from free radical damage. Enriched with natural sunflower seed oil, macadamia oil, vitamin E and coconut oil, which deeply moisturise and nourish, skin is left feeling soft, smooth and supple.

• Niacinamide (vitamin B3): Niacinamide brightens and hydrates skin, prevents signs of ageing, increases collagen production and repairs the skin.
• Ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C): A strong antioxidant, vitamin C reduces hyperpigmentation and signs of ageing, and smoothes fine lines and wrinkles.
• Tocopheryl acetate: A form of vitamin E that helps protect the skin from UV damage, it also prevents signs of ageing and promotes skin healing.

How It Works
Retinol works by increasing cell turnover, which can help slough away old and damaged cells and break apart areas of pigmentation. It reduces the production of melanin by inhibiting an enzyme called tyrosinase and promotes collagen production by stimulating fibroblasts – helping to reduce the signs of ageing and improve skin firmness. Retinol also has antioxidant properties that protect the skin from free radical damage that causes premature ageing.
Please note: Retinol thins the outermost layer of the skin, making it more susceptible to damage from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. When used without adequate sun protection, Retinol can intensify the damage from UV rays.
We recommend using Illuminating Body Lotion at night so the retinol works while you sleep and reduces the risk of sun sensitivity during the day. We also recommend always using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a high SPF (30 or higher). Look for a sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays, and apply it generously to all exposed areas of the skin.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.
What is the delivery time?
The approximate delivery time for orders within Australia is 2-5 working days. International order delivery times may vary. Please contact us for more information.

Can I find out the status of my order?
This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.

Returns and Refunds
There may be times when you need to return an item purchased online. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
Change of Mind / Exchange of Items
If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.
Faulty Items
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
