How It Works
A strong form of Vitamin C, Ascorbic Acid is one of the most powerful naturally occurring antioxidants.
Salicylic Acid loosens dead cell matter by effectively breaking the bond between cells and the outer layers of the skin allowing them to detach.
Topical Copper PCA promotes collagen and elastin production and also acts as a free-radical fighting antioxidant.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.
What is the delivery time?
The approximate delivery time for orders within Australia is 2-5 working days. International order delivery times may vary. Please contact us for more information.

Can I find out the status of my order?

Change of Mind / Exchange of Items
If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Loving this bundle, the facial scrub and the vitamin c serum works wonders and used in conjunction gives me the best results for my sensitive skin, I save quite a bit of money buying them together.

This product bundle does exactly what it says. I wash with the Facial Cleanser, and I also use the vitamin C facial Serum and their moisturizer. My skin is clear and feels soft and non-greasy. I really like this product line.
Absolutely thrilled with this product. I actually discovered the use of Vitamin C in skin products through neutriderm. I am 50 years old and It did work pretty well in softening my age lines. the lines from my nose down to my chin are way less visible. I had a slight crease above my nose and between my eyebrows. It has vanished!
