There may be times when you need to return an item purchased online. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Change of Mind / Exchange of Items

If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.

Faulty Items

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

*Please note: We do not reimburse for the cost of International Express Shipping.

How to Return Products

If you need to return products, please contact Customer Service to find out how to send damaged products back to us.

Please always include your order number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you pack the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.

In any of these cases , please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us Page. It is important that you contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the fault, as well as your order number and personal details. if eligible we will provide you with a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Shipping

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time for orders within Australia is 2-5 working days. International order delivery times may vary.  Please contact us for more information.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

Products are shipped by Express Post, Fastway or Star Track

Can I find out the status of my order?

This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.

What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?

Take a photo and report it to customer service by sending a mail to Enquiries@uaspharma.com.

Are there additional Taxes or Duties on goods when they're shipped to countries outside Australia?

In some cases taxes and duties may be chaged when they are imported into countries ourside of Australia above a specified theshold. Please cross check the specific details around taxes and duties on the respective government resources found on their website.

I was very hesitant in purchasing this conditioner because of the higher price and I've had no luck with conditioners over-promising to make my hair softer and better. But I used it for the first time yesterday, I woke up this morning and my hair feels much healthier, super soft and even feels thicker than it has ever been before. you seriously only need about a tiny bit to do your entire hair so the bottle will last for a while. It has a nice smell and like I said a little bit goes a very long way! So happy I gave this product a chance and I cannot wait to buy the other products in this line!

I and my daughters love this conditioner. Their hair is getting so long, and they go through so much conditioner. I was so glad to find this brand. They say it makes their hair extremely soft and it smells great. I will keep my eyes open for any other Dove Nutritive Solutions products in the future.

Since ive been using this stuff for a month my hair is as softer than ever. I have been very happy with both the conditioner and the shampoo. I have Just received my third bottle and I almost never buy the same kind of shampoo twice. The bottles are average size but this stuff goes so much further than regular conditioner does. It suds up really well and requires only a small amount, Also washes out well.

I have some thick hair, its dry some days, others it can be oily (after a few skipped washed) this I can use everyday or every other and it treat my hair types the same, leaves it nice, shiney, and always smelling great!

This neutriderm hair conditioner is awesome! I like how it softens my hair, you do not need a lot! Trust me, unless you want to rinse your hair for ages, little goes a long way. It kept my hair soft, almost silky
