How It Works
Allium Cepa Bulb Extract has a major role in reducing scar formation through the inhibition of fibroblast proliferation and collagen production.
Helichrysum italicum flower oil has anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative effects, reducing symptoms related to an infection such as swelling, pain and redness.
Retinol is a Vitamin A derivative that boosts skin exfoliation and prevents acne. It also promotes skin cell turnover and collagen production treating post-acne hyperpigmentation and minimizing the appearance of current acne scars.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us by email or phone. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. Please call us immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100. A flat rate of $16 will be charged on all orders below $100 for orders in Australia and $35 for international orders. Currently, we are not shipping to Canada, we apologise for the inconvenience.
What is the delivery time?
The approximate delivery time for orders within Australia is 2-5 working days. International order delivery times may vary. Please contact us for more information.
Which courier company will deliver my order?
Products are shipped by Express Post, Fastway or Star Track
Can I find out the status of my order?
This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.
What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?

Are there additional Taxes or Duties on goods when they're shipped to countries outside Australia?

There may be times when you need to return an item purchased online. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
Change of Mind / Exchange of Items
If you wish to return or exchange goods because you ordered the wrong items or you have changed your mind, this can be done within a 7 day period from the date of dispatch. In this case, the items must be unopened, unused and packaging must be in new condition. In order to return items, please contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number and personal details, and we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that if are returning goods due to an incorrect purchase, or because of a change of mind, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges for delivering exchanged goods may also apply.
Faulty Items
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

I had a scar post surgery on my abdomen around 5cm long, I was skeptical of this because of the claims, now its been 4 weeks past my operation and my scar is barely visible, all the red ness and the line is gone. Im super happy ??
Recently had some stiches above my eye near by eyebrow because of an accident, I started using this KS scar repair cream at night. I went in to see my doctor and he was surprised at how good it was healing so I told him about this product and he said continue using it lol

use this nightly on my new acne scars and I can tell it’s going to take the full recommended 8 weeks for new scars. They are fading slowly. Healing is a process! Worth every penny.
